Yolanda is an Associate Elder Law Attorney at Dutcher & Zatkowsky. She focuses her practice on Guardianships, Estate Planning including Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Probate, Medicaid Planning and Asset Protection, and nursing home admission issues.
Like all of the attorneys at Dutcher & Zatkowsky, Yolanda is accredited by the Veteran’s Administration.
Yolanda is on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Special Needs Section and is the NYSBA’s Delegate from the 7th Judicial District.
She is Co-Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association. She is also a proud Board Member of the Alzheimer’s Association of the Rochester & Finger Lakes Region as well as a Trustee of the Rochester Regional Library Council.
As an active member of the community, she serves on the Monroe County Enhanced Multidisciplinary Team whose mission is to prevent elder abuse.
